By registering or participating in any course, workshop, or event organized by Sultanggmedia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.
  
  

• Payment must be made through our approved methods listed on the website.
  
  

• Sultanggmedia reserves the right to cancel any unpaid registration without prior notice.
  
  

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  
  

• In the event of absence, late arrival, or failure to attend, the participant will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
  
  

3. Postponement & Cancellation

• Sultanggmedia reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any course or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trainer illness, low registration numbers, force majeure, or venue issues.
  
  

• In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or transferred to another available session.
  
  

• No monetary refunds will be issued in the case of postponement or rescheduling.
  
  

4. Participant Substitution

• Participants may request to transfer their seat to another person at least 48 hours before the course begins, with prior written notice and approval from Sultanggmedia.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All training materials, visuals, slides, videos, and content shared during our courses are the intellectual property of Sultanggmedia and may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or reused without written permission.
  
  

• Sultanggmedia reserves the right to photograph or record any event for promotional or documentation purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your image/video unless stated otherwise in writing.
  
  

6. HRDC Claimable Courses

• For HRDC-claimable training, all documentation must be submitted by the client/company prior to the training date.
  
  

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure eligibility and claim approval from HRDCorp.
  
  

7. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and appropriate behavior throughout the course.
  
  

• Sultanggmedia reserves the right to remove any participant from a session due to misconduct or disruptive behavior without a refund.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sultanggmedia and its trainers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss, damage, or injury arising from course participation.
  
  

• Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being during training sessions.
  
  

9. Changes to Terms

• Sultanggmedia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
